These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FrmIt and the FrmIt website. By downloading, installing, or using FrmIt, you agree to them.
1. The app
FrmIt is a macOS application for composing, framing, printing, and exporting photographs. Features, availability, and supported macOS versions may change as the app develops.
2. Licence
Subject to these terms and any applicable purchase terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use FrmIt on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of FrmIt except where applicable law permits this.
3. Your photographs and output
Your photographs, watermarks, presets, and exported files remain yours. FrmIt is designed to work locally on your Mac. You are responsible for the images you select, the permissions you have to use them, the dimensions and print settings you choose, and the output you create.
4. Printing and colour
Screen rendering, printer drivers, paper, ink, profiles, and print services can affect a physical result. FrmIt cannot guarantee that every print will match the preview or that a particular printer supports borderless output. Please make a proof print when colour or scale is critical.
5. Feedback and support
If you send feedback, feature ideas, screenshots, or support requests, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve FrmIt. We will not claim ownership of your photographs. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and is not guaranteed to be immediate.
6. No warranty
FrmIt is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or printer, or suitable for every purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrmIt and its maker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, photographs, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the app or website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to FrmIt or to applicable law. The current version will be published here. Continuing to use FrmIt after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent to feedback@jerome.photo.
